Why This Matters

Teachers spend their careers focused on the curriculum and wellbeing of others. My mission is to focus on the vessel of that curriculum. YOU. Through the practices of yoga, shift your perspective from surviving the bell to leading with presence and intention. Classes focus on:

  • Releasing tension by targeting the places we carry the stress of the classroom both physically and emotionally.

  • Mental decompression with mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation to aid in transition from "teacher mode" to "human mode."

  • Low barrier to entry as there is no commute, no perfect pose, and no fancy equipment. Just you, your mat, and an understanding community.

Yes. Yoga classes are appropriate for all levels and can be modified for your needs. There is no pressure to show up on camera, just take it at your own pace.

Although each yoga class will be unique and different, you can expect a typical format for most classes. Class components will generally include a welcome centering, breathwork, warmup activities, series of yoga poses, meditation, and relaxation.

I lead a mindful, compassionate style of yoga rooted in the Kripalu tradition, emphasizing breath awareness, functional movement, and self-regulation. My classes integrate hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, power yoga, and breathwork, while honoring my role as an ACSM-certified personal trainer. The result is a balanced practice that builds strength and mobility while supporting nervous system regulation and long-term well-being.
