I'm not a teacher, can I still take your classes?
Of course, all are welcome! I've learned that many people experience work- and life-related stressors. The foundations of each yoga session can be of support to many aspects of life.
How do I get my free class?
To secure your free class, click on Offerings. Evening Unwind and Slow Flow Reset are always free! Simply schedule a time that works best for you!
Are your yoga classes beginner friendly?
Yes. Yoga classes are appropriate for all levels and can be modified for your needs. There is no pressure to show up on camera, just take it at your own pace.
What can I expect in a typical yoga class?
Although each yoga class will be unique and different, you can expect a typical format for most classes. Class components will generally include a welcome centering, breathwork, warmup activities, series of yoga poses, meditation, and relaxation.
What style of yoga do you lead?
I lead a mindful, compassionate style of yoga rooted in the Kripalu tradition, emphasizing breath awareness, functional movement, and self-regulation. My classes integrate hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, power yoga, and breathwork, while honoring my role as an ACSM-certified personal trainer. The result is a balanced practice that builds strength and mobility while supporting nervous system regulation and long-term well-being.
